Els apassiona l'ajust de botes i saben realment el que estan fent. Si tens peus estranys, aquest és el lloc per venir. Deixeu 90 minuts perquè realment és una experiència de servei complet. Tampoc intenten vendre-vos folres de luxe o qualsevol cosa que no necessiteu, realment només volen veure quin és el mínim necessari perquè les vostres botes s'adaptin millor. Dues hores de treball dur i diligent (escaneig, provar 3 marques diferents, ajustar-se, modelar amb calor els folres de botes, fer plantilles personalitzades) i vaig aconseguir les millors botes d'esquí que he posat mai. I have a difficult foot and was looking for a light alpine ski boot. Vaig mirar diferents botigues buscant botes però no em quadrava cap, sempre he considerat els meus complicats, donat que he sofert adormiment/dolor a les parts exteriors del peu a l'altura del dit xicotet amb diferents botes, tant pròpies com llogades. Per recomanació vaig acabar en Esports Cubil, i he de dir que és altre mon des del moment que accedeixes. No és limiten a treure't botes que et calces i et pregunten per les sensacions i dolors. Albert i la xica que hi havia (meravellós tracte per part d'aquesta) em van fer estudi del peu i em van treure diferents opcions, unes d'elles em venien molt bé tret del dolor de comentat de sempre a un dels peus. Albert em va assegurar que la solució era fàcil, em podien modificar la bota a mida, tant botí com carcassa. El preu que em van dir em va semblar alt i em va fer pensar i plantejar seriosament si acceptava i així començar a treballar les botes. A la fi el servei, la feina ben feta professional i eixir amb les botes completament personalitzades al teu peu s'ha de pagar i ja les tinc i amb les característiques que jo volia.
Si el que estàs buscant és la millor oferta d'Andorra i comprar unes botes ràpid aquest no és el teu lloc. Ho compararia amb una botiga gourmet on t'atenen personalment tenint en compte els teus gusts i necessitats i una impersonal gran superfície o supermercat. Tu decideixes on compres xò si tens uns peus delicats jo ho tindria clar.
Quan torne a Andorra se que tinc una botiga de confiança on em poden ajustar les botes.

Comentar que vaig ser recomanat pel meu amic Chus d'Ordino-Arcalis i l'experiència va ser meravellosa. Lloguem material d´esquí i surf de neu per passar la setmana. Ens van atendre genial i aprofitant que hi havia poca gent ens van dedicar temps a cadascú per provar bé el material i oferir-nos diferents opcions. Sens dubte quedem encantats amb la qualitat i l'atenció rebuda.
A més, vam haver de canviar les botes després de 3 dies perquè li feien mal a la meva parella i no hi va haver cap problema ni cobrament suplementari.

Trobar unes botes d'esquí que no em fessin mal era una cosa que donava gairebé per impossible fins que em van recomanar visitar Albert. Després dels problemes que he tingut en trencar-se les botes al cap de 5 dies d'ús, i en no aconseguir executar la garantia, em veig obligat a modificar la meva ressenya. Ni tornaré a comprar aquí, ni tornaré a comprar kastle.

El servei correcte, però et cobren 50€ si no et quedes les botes i no t’avisen enlloc. Ni a la web, ni a la porta, ni quan truques per reservar hora. Un cop allà, quan preguntes on s’informa del cost d’aquest ‘servei’ et treuen un paper de sota el taulell i et diuen que no han tingut temps de penjar-lo. Excuses. Per no tornar-hi.

Ha estat una satisfactòria experiència d'atenció i servei, va ser modificada la carcassa de la bota i tots dos interiors van ser intervinguts per millorar el confort, tenia problema als galindons del sastre, una cosa molt dolorosa i de vegades invalidant.

Després de 30 anys al món de l'esquí he descobert on cal comprar una botes, estudi del peu i busca la bota més adequada i l'adapta perfectament al meu peu.
Ja s'ha acabat intentar encertar en botes que després valen diners i no funcionen com esperava.
Val molt la pena esperar i posar-te en mans d'un professional, gràcies l'Albert una abraçada de la Sílvia i el Xavi.

Vaig comprar unes botes de surf de neu i després d'una recomanació vaig visitar Esports Cubil per fer unes plantilles a mida i també un "Boot Fitting" ja que tinc problemes de subjecció a la zona del turmell. Vam estar força temps ajustant-les, tenint molta paciència, fins a aconseguir adaptar les dues botes a la morfologia de cada peu. Totalment recomanable i repetiré sens dubte.

Tinc clar que quan em compri botes acudiré a aquest professional.

On the first morning there was a for question and answer session to figure out what issues I had. Then my feet were scanned. And then we began the process of trying on "standard" boots which already had certain characteristics that would help me
Then phase 2 was to look at customising the liner. For me this is all I needed to sort out my problems
But if this still did not address the issues phase 3 would have been to look to customise the plastic of the boot
After a few days skiing with the new boots I developed a small new issue, when I phone Esports Cubil they said to drop back in . Within 30min the issue was sorted and all this was covered by their warranty
So in short Esports Cubil, are brilliant at what they do

L’albert m’ha canviat la vida, després de molts anys de gastar i gastar diners en botes i acabar patint m’ha fet unes botes a mida: termoformat, deformació de carcassa i plantilles. Mai havia pogut estar tot el dia sense treurem les botes i això que tinc un peu realment complicat. Mil gràcies!!!

Experiencia top- la mejor tienda especializada en botas de esquí que existe. Siempre he tenido problema con las botas y finalmente he conseguido el par perfecto, y adaptado especialmente para mi. Albert, el técnico y propietario, a parte de excelente profesional es super amable. Absolutamente recomendable e imprescindible si te gusta esquiar y disfrutar.
